Are you passionate about luxury hospitality? We are seeking a dedicated Golden Ambassador to serve as the right-hand to the General Manager at the prestigious Le Mirage Lodge & Spa.
In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our exceptional hospitality. Your mission is to ensure every guest enjoys a truly tailored and unforgettable stay. From elevating the VIP experience to managing critical night operations, you will embody our core values by delivering authentic, caring, and passionate service at every touchpoint.
Core Responsibilities
Elevated Guest Experience: Deliver world-class, personalized service to all guests, with a special focus on VIP arrivals. Anticipate needs proactively and tailor experiences based on individual preferences and cultural nuances.
Night Operations & Security: Oversee front desk cash transactions and billing during the night shift, maintaining a secure and peaceful environment for all guests and staff.
Operational Excellence: Facilitate seamless check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest feedback gracefully and professionally, managing service recovery budgets to turn challenges into positive experiences.
Team Leadership & Quality Assurance: Provide clear, actionable guidance to the hospitality team. Continuously monitor service quality to ensure strict alignment with brand standards, health and safety protocols, and HACCP regulations.
Sales & Reservations: Assist the reservations department and proactively upsell lodge facilities, dining experiences, and bespoke events to enhance the overall guest journey.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: A formal Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in guest relations, front office, or night auditing within a luxury 4-star or 5-star environment. Prior experience in Food & Beverage is highly highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and working knowledge of hotel management systems (such as INNkeeper, Micros, or Opera).
Languages: Excellent communication skills. Fluency in additional languages (German, French, Portuguese, etc.) will be considered a significant advantage.
Requirements: A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
